Structured Products Sales recruitment
Responsibilities include the following tasks:
- Selling structured products to investors in Poland and Eastern Europe
- Business Development as well as Client Relationship Management of existing clients
- Applying a wholistic approach on market development for structured products including marketing and educational measures
- Preparing effective, bespoke solutions according to complex client requirements
- Developing creative financial solutions for specialized client needs
Requirements:
- Eager to build a track record of prospecting and developing relationships with institutional clients
- Strong financial and/or structured product knowledge
- Highly developed sales, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Team player, high motivation, able to work on an independent basis
- Native Polish speaker, fluent in English, German appreciated
- Willingness to relocate to Vienna and to travel
