Structured Rates Drafter
Investment Bank in the City is looking to hire an experienced Interest Rate Derivative Drafter to join their documentation team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the team, and offers exposure to various internal and external stakeholders.
The role will include;
· Drafting of Interest Rate Confirmations
· Be able to manage own and team’s workflow in under time constraints
· Ensure own and colleagues’ drafting is checked for accuracy of financial details and ISDA language and are in accordance with client and market standards (including some second checking).
· Ensure that all queries are properly researched and actioned in accordance with agreed procedures
· Ensure the confirmation process follows the Bank’s compliance, audit and legal policies.
· The role will involve close daily interactions with Clients and other Dealers, as well as internally with traders and marketers, trade support groups, Legal, customers and other departments.
Ideally candidates will have experience of the following, however other asset classes may be considered. The main focus is drafting experience
· Understanding ISDA Definitions,
· Knowledge of Interest Rate products is a necessity and ability to understand complex derivative structures is desirable
