Structurer and Product Specialist – Multi-Asset, Multi-Client

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the multi-asset class Structured Notes business of Wells Fargo’s Investment Solutions Group in EMEA.
- Partner with the various Institutional Sales channels within WFC to develop a best in class Investment Solutions platform for clients of Wells Fargo.
- Your role will have a particular emphasis on structuring and applied risk management.
- Work with both Institutional and HNWI client segments.

Requirements

- Proven extensive experience in the equity or fixed-income derivatives business.
- Strong educational background in a quantitative field, or equivalent.
- Cross-asset-class derivatives experience.
- Direct experience in either structuring or trading complex derivatives.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Demonstrate familiarity with the EMEA marketplace and relevant regulations.
- Be transaction-oriented and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Self-starter who is detail-orientated possesses excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills and enjoys working in a team environment.

Preferred skills

- Extensive experience on a trading/structuring or a derivative sales desk.
- Excellent working knowledge of equity and interest-rate derivatives trading and modeling techniques.
- Previous business-building or business-management experience.
