Overview:
Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) comprises three businesses: Corporate Finance, Markets and Global Transaction Banking (GTB) and includes regional coverage in the Bank's key growth areas.

Strategic Transactions (ST) Group is the market-leader in strategic solutions on the street and consists of 70+ professionals in London, New York and Asia. ST delivers high-margin, solutions-driven business for large strategic situations.

The ST Group focuses on the structuring and originating of a wide range of corporate equity derivative products, including hedging structures, monetization strategies, bespoke financing solutions, share repurchase solutions, convertible debt, preferred stock and mandatory convertibles. The solutions posed are often uniquely structured and address clients' specific objectives vis-a-vis economic payoff, target capital structure, accounting/tax treatment and credit ratings, among others.

Key Responsibilities:
You will prepare marketing materials to corporate clients
You will be responsible for options valuation and the creation of financial models
You will be responsible for end to end execution of transactions
You will interact between banking coverage officers and trading teams
You will monitor live transactions, including account issues monitoring
You will research legal, accounting, and regulatory implications of products structured on the desk

You will have:
Relevant undergraduate studies (or relevant international equivalent)
Accounting background desirable - recently qualified ACA (or relevant international equivalent)
Knowledge of financial products and markets, especially Derivatives
Superior communication skills (written and verbal) with strict attention to detail

You will be:
Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Diligent, efficient and able to manage multiple conflicting deliverables including working under pressure
Comfortable in a technical environment and with the general mathematical concepts of finance, including options, bond valuation, and interest rates
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
