The Company
Client is a global European bank.

The Role
The overall function is to work closely with the Head of Structuring and Portfolio Management - Global Trade Solutions APAC and Supply Chain Management sales people, product specialists in the region.

The global trade solutions structuring associate will support Trade Finance sales people, SCM product specialists and GTS management in areas of credit, execution, structuring support, marketing support and portfolio management.

In terms of Credit, you will prepare RWA green-light, support memo, manage the credit process jointly with the relevant coverage team, interact with Senior Credit Officers and delegation holder to explain structures, assist Middle-Office in obtaining CRC validation upon closing on a transactional basis, when required, monitoring of all performance aspects of facilities so as to ensure that they operate within the approved parameters.

You will be involved in negotiation of legal documentation, liaison with syndication, draft term sheet, propose or assess security packages, run pricing / return models, liaise with Insurance Group and Trade Syndication.

You are required to implement tools to monitor performance and risk indicators for the GTS-APAC portfolio across the region and contribute to budget forecast exercise.

The role will potentially involve interaction with client contact points to assist among other things with their transactions under execution.

Your Profile
The successful structuring associate will have 2 to 3 years experience with good understanding of short term trade products and services intended for corporate clients with international activity. Communications skills is important as the role may require client facing.
