Great Temp to hire opportunity for an in-house staffing specialist in the Carthage and Lamar area. A qualified candidate will be able to successfully recruit, plan and work without direction, use common sense, coordinate Human Resource activities and understand policies and procedure. The In-house Staffing Specialist is responsible for 1. Delivering high quality service to customers and temporaries by matching skills of temporaries to customer needs. 2. Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service, 3. Perform a variety of administrative task that support our overall mission of quality and performance and service. 4. The right person must also be able to do face to face interviews and be able to read people to make sure they are a good fit for our clients. Prior staffing is preferred but not required, at least one year previous customer service or appropriate business examples. Must be cooperative and team oriented, patient and calm under pressure and able to work independently, strong computer skills and must be able to navigate within the Manpower system is critical, ability to travel to local customer sites as needed, ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills.
