Job Description: The Shaw Group provides premier engineering, design, construction, and maintenance services to government and private-sector clients in a wide array of industries, including the energy, environmental, infrastructure, and emergency response markets. Summary: Perform engineering assignments of increasing responsibility under general supervision for new and/or existing domestic nuclear power projects. Assist on a variety of technical tasks that are planned to provide experience with engineering methods and project execution. Assignments will generally be well defined with increasing scope and complexity commensurate with experience gained. Will evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, processes and criteria in preparation of engineering deliverables: calculations, specifications, reports and drawings. Use of computers required; some travel may be involved. Typical assignments will be of lengths and times consistent with school breaks. Qualifications/Competencies/Experience: Successful completion of a minimum of two years in a construction management field of study.
