Position Description

Working under the guidance of more experienced Planners and Analysts in development of facilities utilization plans and lease capital plans. Develop costs, schedules associated with planning proposals for approval and implementation. Participate in configuration/implementation of real property management technology solution. Candidates should possess demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication and analytical skills, and proven teaming abilities. Fast paced work environment that requires self-discipline, organization, creativity and strong presentation skills.

Prefer a student with 3+ years of college working towards a BA in Business, Project Management, Planning, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or similar degrees. Candidates must demonstrate overall GPA of 3.3 - 4.0. Clearly state cum. GPA and graduation month/year in resume. If selected for interview, candidates notified via email by Nov/Dec. Assignments begin when your school recesses for summer 2012 and generally last 3 months.
