Student Services Administrator

Oversees all functions related to Admissions and Records and Student Services. Responsible for all functions related to admission and enrollment in KPSAHS. Oversees all database information required for Student Enrollment Reporting and for compliance with all applicable regulatory environments. Essential Functions: - Monitoring for admission requirements and documentation of competitive process for review. - Determination of transfer credit comparability or equivalency; development, delivery and oversight for satisfactory academic progress (SAP). - Responsible for collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of student records within state and federal guidelines. - Creation of relevant student services functions to include evaluation of effectiveness RE: academic advising and counseling, as applicable. - Report writing and analysis of relevant data; coordination with accreditation and regulatory agencies. - Career services to include reporting, identification of job options and assistance in preparation for Employment. - Supervise and evaluate Student Services, Admission and Records staff. - Management and maintenance of campus-wide student service software system. - Development of articulation agreements. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a related educational experience in a higher education program. - Previous experience in relevant areas in a regionally accredited institution preferred. - Previous experience with campus-wide electronic software such as CampusVue preferred. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Master's degree or equivalent experience in Health Care Services, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations related to education accreditation preferred.
