Student Services Representative (Keystone)
Job Summary: To provide comprehensive Call Center service to internal and external customers, including accurate and timely daily interactions with customers, occurring primarily via telephone, but also including communication via email, mail and fax. Position is also responsible for adhering to set Call Center metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
• Answering and resolving inbound sales and service phone calls.
• Logging requests for additional information from prospects.
• Adhering to set Call Center metrics
• Providing information about our school, programs and courses to prospective parents, students and school officials; converting prospects into enrollments
• Advising student curriculum choices based on past credit history and adherence to KNHS graduation requirements
• Fulfilling service requests and documenting requests in student database
• Working closely with Mailroom, Student Admissions and Instructional teams to support student needs
• Assisting with other departmental functions and responsibilities as schedule permits
Non-essential Functions:
• Other related duties as assigned
Anticipated start dates for this position are April 16th, 23rd and 30th.
Requirements:

High-Position requires a high degree of adaptability and problem-solving skills. Incumbent will be faced with a variety of issues on a daily basis and will be expected to respond to these issues appropriately and promptly.
Experience and Education:
High School Diploma is required.
Previous experience in the service industry is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assimilate all KCDL business policies and processes into practice
• Keyboarding and computer experience (MS Office software and email)
• Strong customer focus
• Outgoing, friendly, flexible, helpful personality a must
• Must be able to multi-task, while keeping to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong ability and initiative to solve complex problems
• A penchant for teamwork and a positive attitude
