Studio Manager

The Role

Reporting to the executive manager – creative, the studio manager is responsible for workflow management, quality control and production for the Manidis Roberts’ studio team, who work for clients in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.

Key responsibilities will include

• Workflow management – creating and managing project schedules, tracking and monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of service.
• Project estimating – assisting with pricing creative services for proposals and tenders.
• Print buying and production management – negotiate with vendors and maintain good relationships with all creative suppliers.
• Quality control – ensure work leaving the studio is of the highest quality, implement systems for work review.
• Assign projects and manage resources.
• Occasional project management of design and production products including external client liaison.

Experience and qualifications

The successful candidate will have worked on similar design and production projects across multiple locations. You will have managed teams and have excellent organisation and project management skills, as well as an impressive eye for detail. You will have a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
