Sub Contractor/ Payroll Clerk

Well established construction group based in Hatfield ,Hertfordshire urgently require an experienced Sub contract ledger /Payroll clerk to take responsibility for the the payment of up to  450 subcontractors and around 40 PAYE staff .You should be very familiar with all aspects of CIS  payments and procedures and ideally come from a construction or contact labour type of industry. Duties will be a combination of Payroll ,HR and Accounts admin and will include:
Processing large numbers of timesheets on a weekly basis
Dealing with payroll and HR queries
Logging sickness and absence etc and maintaining personnel files
Processing year end P11'ds,expenses,and invoices
Standard letters and correspondence to 3rd parties for ex employees.
