Originally from Queensland, and with offices all across Australia, this mid tier contractor's reputation in Melbourne is growing rapidly and due to the recent reward of a number of projects they are looking for 2 experienced, ambitious career driven civil foreman.
On top of the 12 projects they have already secured in their short time, they have just secured another 2 and already have $30m worth of work for the year ahead. With an interstate project port folio including major work for oil and gas and resources and mining clients, this company can offer something different to most VIC companies.

With a project list including pipelines, Vicroads projects, land development, major earthworks, marine works, sporting fields, commercial and residential subdivisions, the opportunity is here to gain experience in different areas and most importantly enjoy the role.
The projects in questions are 2 major subdivisions, a significant project for the company to stamp it's authority in the Victorian market. Experience in local similar type projects are essential. The roles are in the West and North of Melbourne therefore location of candidates is a priority.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a foreman in the civil construction industry. This role has the potential to move forward to a project management position therefore the candidate must be ambitious and switched on. Experience is essential. The supervisor must have experience in delivering land development projects, preferably above $4m.You will be a sound communicator that can organise and manage crews, hold JSA's and report effectively back to the construction manager.
