PURPOSE
Increase the Distribution Support operations Luxembourg area efficiency through the successful delivery of projects and change management initiatives, in support of strategic and business goals of the organization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with Stakeholders the Subject Matter Expert is responsible for:
Subject Matter Expertise
- Analyzes the current and future state and needs of business in line with Department objectives in order to support identification of project needs
- Document change request to efficiently communicate with IT department
- Interact with IT development team to assure effective system development time-cycle
- Identify and monitor best process across operational area
- Ensure controls are adequate to support the business
- Supports the process changes with business expertise and analytical mind set.
Change Management
- Supports vision for change
- Analyze performance and quality indicators, including benchmarking and improvement initiatives
- Pursues the change and operational implementation
- Train staff on operational and process changes and reinforce the best practice across areas
- Allow smooth IT transition by coordinating business requirements and monitor IT developments schedules
- Mitigate errors and define workable solutions to ensure errors omissions value reduction
- Capacity planning and Resource allocation
Solution Building
- Develop and maintain KIs set to support activity monitoring and management decision
- Identify solutions to process gaps and business requirements
- Analyses and support on operational process gaps, identifies risks and recommends mitigation solutions
- Continues to validate the solution through effective execution of change control
- Provides pre and post implementation support within IT developments roll-out
- Establish checks and balances to ensure that all procedures and control functions are adequate to minimize financial loss
- Support implementation of operational process to meet client and legal requirements and ensure any market changes are known and applied
- Collaboratively works across different stakeholders

POSITION REQUIREMENTS / EXPERIENCE
Required
- 5 years experience within change management programs
- Financial and applied mathematics knowledge required
- Knowledge of technical skills (software development methodologies), Web solutions, database (Oracle, Access, Ingress, ...), software languages and servers
- Knowledge of Order Processing, Trailer Fees (Quartal solution), custody business
- Good communication skills
- Project Management /Change Management experience
