UniversalPegasus is seeking Subsea Engineers of the following disciplines to work on a full time basis in Houston, Texas
Materials Engineer-Development of internal and external corrosion analysis and material selection assessment for subsea pipelines and equipment as well as topside piping and processing equipment. Assist in the development of technical specifications for pipelines, piping, and piping components. The specification development involves materials, fabrication processes, equipment qualification, as well as quality audits to the manufacturing facilities. Evaluation of technical and commercial bids for subsea and topside equipment
Umbilical Engineer- Umbilical project completion from FEED to commissioning. Strong knowledge of governing codes for umbilical design, manufacture and testing. Knowledge of the international standards and the requirements for the delivery of components including Steel tube, HCR hose, thermoplastic hose, and marine cables required. Must ensure conformance to specifications and procedures based on Engineering Analysis and design.
Pipeline Engineer- Knowledge of subsea pipeline / riser design, analysis. Worked within the industry for circa 5 years. Installation contractor experience an advantage. Self starter, motivated and hard working. Knowledge of software including Ceasar II, Orcaflex, Flexcom3D.
