Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor/LICSW, LMHC – Worcester, FT flexible hours. Provides clinical supervision and training to outpatient clinicians. Carries a client caseload. Good interpersonal, administrative and clinical skills including oral and written, analytical, assessment and facilitation skills. Minimum of 7 years experience in human services with a minimum of 5 years in substance abuse treatment and 3 years post license. Supervisory experience, working with Managed Car companies and Referral Sources required. CAC/CADAC and an Independent License required. ref#321
