Our Content Development department is seeking a Design Intern to work 25-40 hours per week from mid-May 2012 through mid-August 2012. We are flexible regarding setting your work schedule within our business hours
This paid internship will work on a variety of responsibilities, such as:
-Using computer skills to complete internal business communications and projects
-Designing print materials and crafts for bookseller events
-Assisting in the production of photo shoots for books and magazine
-Assisting both book and magazine art directors with various projects
-Candidates must be pursuing or recently completed (within the last 6 months) an Associates or Bachelors degree Graphic Design or related design discipline
-A strong portfolio in print design
-Experience in Adobe Suite 5
-Professional, positive attitude and willingness to observe and learn
-Availability to work 25-40 hours/week this summer
