Role Profile
As a Summer Student, you will have the introductory opportunity to learn the various aspects of Aon’s marketing and broking procedures, philosophies and processes for a future career in Risk Management. This role offers on-the-job experience, mentoring, networking opportunities and exposure to key business areas within Risk Management, such as
- Sales Service
- Marketing /Broking
- Risk Control
- Claims
Upon successful completion of the summer term, you may have the opportunity to participate in Aon’s Career Wheel Development Trainee Program after graduating from your post secondary institution.
Education Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited post secondary program. Preference will be given to students who are enrolled in insurance and risk management programs
- Posses strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management ability
- Work collaboratively with others
- Self motivated and able to adapt to changing roles
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and learn from experience
- Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package
