Markets' strategic goal is to maximize the sale of Nokia's products, services and software, with a best-in-class demand supply model. The Markets team manages our supply chain, sales channels, communications and marketing initiatives, and is responsible for delivering our mobile solution offerings to the market.
Nokia Care's role and mission are to support Nokia users with a fantastic experience when they need advice, help or if their phone does not work as expected. Care also has the role to make sure that customer expectations on quality and Nokia brand are taken into account in internal decision making. Increasingly in practice, Care is also a channel to engage with Nokia brand and a channel through which consumers discover our new services and the relevant Nokia Solutions for them.
To fulfill this strategy Care will deliver targeted and personalized interactions to consumers in the different Care touchpoints like Online Support, Contact Centers through chat and calls and Care Points. Care also provides different Nokia units with fast, actionable and reliable feedback and insights on product and service performance and customer experiences in the market place. These insights will originate from inputs such as satisfaction survey feedback, consumer data collected from the touchpoints and studies, online discussions and benchmarks.
We are looking for a Summer Trainee in Espoo Care with the following competences:

- Previous working experience
- Good Finnish and English skills
- Minimum age of 18 years
