My client a leading Asset Manager, based in London are seeking a Summit Business Analyst to join their team for continued project work on their derivatives platform.
You will perform business analysis and testing functions for large-scale mission-critical projects, and be involved in the full development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
This will be a cross-program role to ensure quality of the deliverables within their areas of expertise and drives innovation and strategic solutions within global, mission-critical, large-scale programs.
You will have extensive and deep expertise and business domain knowledge in the sophisticated, global capital markets industry; including securities processing, custody, alternative investments (hedge funds/derivatives), clearance, accounting, cash processing, reporting and/or brokerage areas. In at least one of these areas (i.e., SWIFT, securities settlement, derivatives, investment accounting).
Essential experience
• Previous Summit experience is essential, if no Summit experience, then experience with another Derivatives system (e.g Murex, Calypso, Principia, etc).
• OTC Derivatives knowledge and system experience
• Experience with middle and back office functions
• Strong communication and writing skills
• SWIFT knowledge
• Exchange Traded Derivatives knowledge and system experience strongly preferred
• FpML knowledge
• Strong business analysis troubleshooting skills
