Summit front office Support
I am looking for a front office support analyst to work with a tier 1 bank in London.
You will be supporting the summit technology along with other banking applications - a main emphasis however being on summit.
The desired candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience working in a front office environment, handling 1st 2nd and 3rd line support.
Core Skills
• Exposure to a Front office environment in a support capacity.
• Knowledge of Financial Markets
• Hands on experience of batch processes.
• Documented proof of incident, change and release management experience
• T-SQL –querying a database (Oracle or SQL) Knowledge of either MS SQL server or Oracle
• Windows OS knowledge (especially 2008)
Additional Skills (Nice to have)
• Working knowledge of market products eg FX, MM, Options, Derivatives, FI
• Understanding of Collateral and Liquidity Management
• Experience of dealing with problems performing root cause analysis
• Understanding of Service Level Agreements
• Excel (plus formulas/ Pivot tables) – useful for analysis and it’s used to interact with a lot of our apps/ results in someway by users
