As part of a comprehensive maintenance function, the Planning Superintendent will take responsibility for the end to end maintenance planning and scheduling processes. Leading a team of planners and working closely with the operational, maintenance and management teams, you will be accountable for delivering maintenance outcomes to the specific objectives of safety, cost, quality and time. This will specifically include budgeting, work management and ongoing reporting, recording and reviewing of maintenance plans and performance.
You will have a maintenance trade or engineering background along with experience in maintenance planning for both fixed and mobile plant in a mining or mineral processing environment. You will have a strong exposure to computerised maintenance management systems along with demonstrated leadership capability.
