Supervisor - Warehousing-03057 Description Job Summary: Build and lead a high performance team of experienced skilled employees capable of formulating and effectively meeting goals, measures, and targets aligned with the achievement of the Supply Chain Best-In-Class plan and the overall corporate vision. Deliver on-time quality service to internal and external corporate visions while maintaining quality service to internal and external customers. Build customer loyalty by providing superior service to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all internal and external customers. Accountabilities: - Develop, implement, and manage goals, measures, and targets and budgets - Lead a team of skilled personnel to perform a specific skill to support a process - Promote team concept to problem solving through evaluation, training, coaching, pay administration and consistent application of policy and procedures Qualifications - Five years of supply chain / Materials Management experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Bachelor's degree preferred - Competencies: Process development, continuous improvement, litigation, conflict resolution, executing and managing back charges for defective products under warranty, and specification writing and interpretation, supplier/contractor labor relations, project management - Knowledge of project/material/service specifications in one or more of the following areas: electrical/Gas equipment; general plant operations and maintenance; station/Substation operations maintenance; Transmission/Distribution operations/maintenance; or any other related operational or support disciplines - Knowledge of service level ratings evaluation techniques, procurement strategies, materials management, financial analysis, disposition and disengagement, and administration of supplier relations - Supply Chain sub processes; skills to harness the resources of suppliers to provide and deliver products/services that add value to DTE operations; skills to negotiate with suppliers in order to meet customer requirements and minimized risk to DTE About DTE Energy DTE Energy is a Fortune 500 company based in Detroit, MI.
