Supervisor

A large financial services organisation are recruiting for a number of Call Centre Supervisors in Basildon. This is a great opportunity to join a an organisation with unlimited growth. You will develop your own team within a challenging environment.

Duties will include;

People Management
Establish effect client relationships
Ensure full agreement of service level targets

Desired Experience
2-3 Years management experience in a call centre environment
Analytical thinking
Proven evidence of reaching and exceeding set targets

The successful candidate will need to extremely driven and be a successful problem solver. You will have the ability to deliver optimum client solutions. You will have proven leadership skills, be inspiring, motivated and have the ability to recognise potential.
You will need to be proactive and always looking to improve process and procedures. A proven track record in people management within a similar environment.

Salary of £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 9am until 5pm or 10am until 6pm - Able to work weekends
Free parking on site
