Description: - SUPERVISOR BILLING I (1202449) Job Description SUPERVISOR BILLING I ( Job Number: 1202449) Job Title: Supervisor Billing Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities * Under minimal supervision, monitor and reconcile job tickets to field job data, maintain SAP job data. * Prepare customer invoices efficiently and enter correctly into the system. * Handles multiple high level accounts and is able to communicate with the customer. * Excellent communication skills. Ability to organize, multi task and strong attention to detail. * May verify information, maintain files and assisting the preparation of reports. * Professional oral and written communications both internally and externally. * Knowledge of product lines and services. * Training, cross-training, and mentoring of new and experienced billers. * Research issues as they arise and bring resolution in a timely manner. * Oversee day to day operations and prepares accounting statements and reports related to billing. * Professional oral and written communications. * Research issues as they arise and bring resolution in a timely manner. * Handles special projects as assigned.
