Initially take the responsibility over 3 of the junior accountants. Complete autonomy from training through to managing workflow and reviewing their work. Take control of at least $500k of the firms $5M portfolio
Implement new ideas and steer the firm through expansion and change with bonuses for producing accelerated revenue and profitability growth.

To be suitable for this role you will be CA/ CPA qualified with at least 6 years Australian experience within public practice.
