Job Description Are you ready for a change? Looking for an innovative supervisor to lead the education department and mid-market float pool. Imagine yourself... Imagine yourself? Supervising the day to day operations of the education department including, but not limited to: new employee orientation, clinical medical assistant program, float pool, and clinical and clerical competencies. Ensuring efficient department operations which include organizing staff schedules and coverage needs. Developing, maintaining and evaluating programs and staff in the AMG Greater Milwaukee Education Department. Evaluating training/education programs for content and effectiveness and presents programs to leadership. Collaborating with the education staff in the standardization of patient education materials. Assisting in developing, implementing, and updating policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient flow of department activities. Providing input into the operating, personnel and capital budget processes and is accountable for operating within the budget.
