About the Job
SUPERVISOR
Currently looking for proven leaders to work with highly behavioral clients with
developmental disabilities and mental health issues.
This position is full time and benefits eligible and will work primarily day hours, but may work other shifts as needed. This person will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to a designated foster home as well as ensuring all aspects of the home operate smoothly.
Experience in supervision, behavior management,
behavior plan writing, and overall behavior assessment and analysis preferred.
Excellent supervisory,
teambuilding and verbal/ written communication skills are a must. The right person will demonstrate a passion for and proven history of
assisting clients in living life to their fullest potential while providing the highest in
quality care.
Applicants should have at least two years experience working with people with
disabilities, two years of
supervisory experience, a
degree in the human services field or equivalent
experience, and be able to pass a background study and MVR check.
Position is located in
Pillager, MN.
