Volt is currently seeking a Supervisor to work onsite with our client in a contract position expected to last approximately one year.
This position will:
-Provide supervision to, and schedule work for employees
-Give safety, environmental, and ergonomic leadership to direct reports and ensure that they work safely and that all work they complete complies with safety, environmental, and ergonomic standards and regulations.
-Ensure all environmental, safety, and preventive maintenance work is completed accurately and on time.
-Recognize Core Room repairs and improvements that will require an AFE (Authority For Expenditure, form that should be properly completed and approved for expenditures) and work with maintenance engineering to scope, plan, and prioritize these projects.
Requirements:

Experience using SAP plant maintenance for scheduling work and purchasing repair components
Experience trouble-shooting complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Good understanding of in the 1910 OSHA CFR
Competent using Microsoft Office
Must be technical in nature
Maintenance or Supervisor experience is preferred.
YOU MUST be flexible with shift/work hours - this position may be 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shift or even the weekend shift, it is still being determined.
Safety equipment is required for first day.
Business casual dress code.

Pay Rate: 25.40 - 30.00 Hourly DOE
