Supervisor of Clinical Services- Primary Prevention Homecare
A growing Home Healthcare Agency is seeking a Supervisor of Clinical Services with at least 3 years of home health management experience. The position consists of overseeing all clinical operations, documentation review, managing field staff, while providing essential quality of care.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluating present and potential needs and resources in relation to community health and the Agency policies and procedures.
2. Assists in the development of the policies, programs and functions of the Agency.
3. Develops the policies and functions of the Nursing Program in accordance with those of the Agency.
4. Assure state and federal regulatory compliance applicable to home health and reimbursement issues.
5. Educate all staff members about state and federal rules and regulations
6. Acts as a liaison between staff, patients, physicians, and other health care providers.
7. Recruit, hire, orient, assign, evaluate and guide staff positions to meet agency and patient needs
8. Ensure delivery of quality care to patients and enhancement of business
9. Participates in or develops all agency objectives, standards of care, policies and procedures affecting clinical services
10. Participates indirect services staff recruitment, selection, orientation and in-service education
11. Participates in program planning and evaluation activities related to the clinical services

Requirements:
· Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)
· Minimum of three years of experience in home care required
· Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required
· Proven leadership, customer service skills, sound independent judgment, initiative, and solid organizational and time management skills required
· Great communication skills and basic computer knowledge
