Supervisor of Market Research Mayo Clinic Health System Eau Claire, WI Mayo Clinic Health System, located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is currently seeking a Supervisor of Market Research to build a new marketing research and analytics function. We are looking for an individual who can champion market research within our organization, taking data and translating it into actionable advice that moves leadership and advances initiatives. Responsibilities include: Providing primary and secondary qualitative and quantitative research Coordinating and conducting internal and external customer research to determine needs, assess satisfaction and determine strengths and opportunities Developing and delivering formal presentations of market research information to leadership and departments Coordinating and leading complex strategic marketing opportunities, including working with department leadership and physicians to identify the scope and components of market research analysis Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Bachelorrsquo;s degree in business, marketing or related field required; masterrsquo;s in marketing, business administration, health care administration, organizational development or related field preferred 5 years in a marketing position or working with quantitative and qualitative data analysis in related field, health care preferred Expert knowledge of statistical analysis and demonstrated experience with database and spreadsheet applications (Excel and Access skills required) along with marketing and data software solutions Familiarity with medical terminology and health care codes preferred Experience in survey development and the collection of quantitative and qualitative data Excellent interpersonal skills, including experience designing and facilitating focus groups Mayo Clinic Health System is a network of clinics and hospitals dedicated to serving the healthcare needs of people in 70 communities throughout Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.
