The Supervisor of Graduate Medical Education training programs at Temple University Hospital is responsible for the oversight and management of the day to day operations for the Internal Medicine Residency Program and Subspecialty Programs. This includes, but is not limited to: fulfilling ACGME Administrative Requirements, recruitment, orientation, graduation, medical licensure, employment requirements, credentialing requirements. The Supervisor provides direction and oversight to meet goals by organizing and managing workload effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines. 
This position requires: 1) Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse groups of students, residents, and faculty, at  times during periods of considerable stress.  2.) Strong organizational skills and the ability to comprehend policy and develop clear cut procedures.  3.) The ability to work independently to anticipate and solve problems.  5.) Public speaking skills preferred. 
Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.  PC proficiency required, particularly database management.  Supervisory experience preferred
