Supervisor- Sales and Customer Service

If you thrive on the responsibility of day-to-day management of a team then this vacancy may be of interest to you. The purpose of this supervisor job is to provide management to a team of 10 employees, overseeing the KPIs relating to sales and customer service. You will be tasked with providing leadership as well as commercial savvy to this well-established company based in Coalville. The salary on offer is between £20k and £25k depending on experience, with a start date of August 2014.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for guiding a sales team to ever improving standards and performances through transparent and open leadership. You core duties will include: achieving sales targets, recruiting and training staff, developing and implementing a business development/ sales plan for existing and new customers and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading, training and recruiting a sales team as well as telephone-based and/or customer-facing experience; outbound sales experience is also useful. You must be approachable, supportive, collaborative, strategic and customer focused. Communication skills are imperative but an open, honest, down-to-earth yet driven attitude will fit the company dynamic perfectly. Salary between £20k - £25k depending on experience.
