Supervisor – Stock Transfer Operations recruitment
Job Description
The Supervisor will be responsible for all production related tasks and duties for the Stock Transfer Agent operations. The production service supervisor will have responsibilities for supervising staff members to ensure daily workload is handled in a timely and accurate manner and providing input for the effective control of the work environment.
* Responsible for maintaining the Control Books to ensure all clients outstanding and authorized shares are in balance to the security holder file.
* Coordinates and monitors various production activities such as yearend processing for tax reporting.
* Responds to requests for desktop support, ensuring all staff members computers and office equipment are functioning properly.
* Responsible for coordinating all print and mail activities.
* Responsible for template creation for the Transfer agent operating platform.
* Responds to inquiries from business partners and provides information regarding the production functions.
* Prepares management reports
* Interfaces with all levels within the organization
Desired Skills Experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 10 years experience in business management or related field
* Stock Transfer Agency experience, including demonstrated management experience
