Description: - Supervisor Stockroom and Shipping (1206377) Job Description Supervisor Stockroom and Shipping ( Job Number: 1206377) Supervisor Stockroom and Shipping Tulsa, OK US Land Artificial Lift Systems is a portfolio of products including Electric Submersible Pumps (ESP), Progressing Cavity Pumps (PCP), and Surface Pumping Systems (SPS), in addition to specific engineering, project management and well monitoring services. Our ESP systems can operate in harsh downhole environments that include high gas-to-oil ratio production, heavy oil, high temperatures and abrasive-laden fluids. New systems also address the needs of coal bed methane, CO2 floods, and subsea production. Role Synopsis Supervises employees within the stockroom, shipping/receiving and coating operations of the Artificial Lift remanufacturing facility in Tulsa, OK. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities * Schedules activities and maintains adequate inventory of spare parts. * Evaluates and gives performance feedback to individuals. * Ensures all safety policies and standards are adhered to. * Facilitates conflict resolution. * Ensures all shipments and receivables are handled in a timely manner. * May establish preventative maintenance program. * Handles special projects as assigned. Basic Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred. * 7+ years experience in manufacturing or related environment. * 5+ years supervisory experience. Desired/Preferred Qualifications * Excellent leadership abilities. * Excellent organization skills * Good communication skills (verbal and written) * Ability to interact well with others. * Good analytical and technical skills. * Knowledge of machinery and equipment. * Understanding of general Manufacturing Shipping/Receiving processes.
