Supervisor, Supplier & Subscriber Services Job in Warrendale 15086, Pennsylvania US

Provide general Customer Support and Leadership to both the Subscribers Suppliers within the Nadcap Program acting as the primary contact for new Subscriber inquires supporting existing Subscribers through the NUCAP Program as well as supporting the Supplier base through the Supplier Support Committee (SSC) and various initiatives they are leading.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

·        Effectively maintain a leadership role within the Supplier Support Leadership Team (SSC LT) through regular communication and coordination of activities including: new Supplier initiatives, analyzing statistical data, recommending improvements and following up through visits and/or communication to understand support Supplier needs.

·        Manage Subscriber programs and work closely with the NUCAP Management Council (NuMC) by coordinating the audit review and certification activities, providing metrics, providing opportunities to use eAuditNet and working with Council for updating procedures and implementing changes.

·        Maintain an up to date knowledge of technology to support PRI by attending seminars, meetings and monitoring committee work and providing information to the Director of Customer Support and Industry Relations to support the growth of the Supplier Support Committee.

·        Monitor Budgets of assigned activities including reviewing expenses, and participating in establishment of 3 year budget goals, estimating projected costs and revenues.

·        Support new Subscriber inquires by providing general Nadcap/NUCAP information (i.e. requirements, benefits, and responsibilities), subscription fee information and maintaining and updating Subscriber and Supplier lists.


QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS: 

·        Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communication or equivalent experience.

·        5 years experience in the aerospace related fields.

·        2 years supervisory experience.

·        2 years experience working with Aerospace Standards.

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·        Ability to operate a Computer, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
