Supervisor, Trade Compliance recruitment

Position Description:
Oversee dynamic trade compliance process for trades executed across a variety of account types in our domestic and global offices. Directly supervise a robust, efficient team of compliance analysts dedicated to maintaining client, regulatory and internal compliance guidelines. Assist with enhancing the trade compliance process in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. Position requires frequent interaction with various internal departments such as Portfolio Management, Account Management and PIMCO Legal.

Position Requirements:
Qualified candidate will possess a four-year college degree in accounting, business, finance or economics and/or equivalent work experience. In addition, a minimum of three years prior experience in a lead guideline compliance role at an investment manager or investment company is preferable. Candidate must possess strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detail. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment is essential. Must be capable of managing multiple tasks with tight time deadlines and possess strong problem solving ability. Intermediate working knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Access and Bloomberg are necessary.
