Summary:
A Tucson based civil construction company looking for a Project Manager to manage a large public civil works project.
Specific responsibilities will include:
-Maintain professional and respectful relationships with all parties involved in project.
-Maintain and update project schedule and all key tasks necessary to fulfill the scope of work.
-Generate Pay applications, as well as cost and quantity tracking.
-Maintain, manage and be responsible for profit and loss of the project.
-Ensure all contractual responsibilities are fulfilled and executed.
-Follow project schedules and complete projects by set deadlines.
Minimum Requirements:
-Background in civil construction including underground utilities, earthwork, paving and concrete
-Proven leadership.
-Experience estimating all phases of commercial construction for renovation and new projects is preferred.
-Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), as well as proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling
-Strong organizational abilities.
-Knowledge of Timberline construction accounting software and On-screen Takeoff software is preferred.
