Supplier Coordinator

Communication to Appraisers regarding Quality Reviews, Turn Times and service issue concerns. Tracking of violation concerns and communication to appropriate departments. Handle escalated service issues. Recruiting of new vendors. Track license and EO insurance for appraisers. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Good organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to solve problems and organize daily tasks and projects. Ability to exercise clear judgment in solving customer and supplier issues. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Capable of working in a team driven environment. Available to work overtime hours as business requires. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate Degree in business preferred. Two plus years in customer service, preferably in a financial institution or fast paced, high volume phone environment. Hours 830-5
