Our client, a leading IT Services Provider, are looking to consolidate the number of suppliers they currently engage with and manage these partners moving forward.
Key responsibilities for the Supplier Manager will be: Creating, maintaining and owning a log of all Service Partner services, looking at service improvements, conducting service reviews and conducting credit reviews following poor service. The Supplier Manager will also be responsible for constantly challenging the suppliers ways of working, looking at improvement and efficiencies in process which in turn improve performance and reduce cost to deliver service, therefor it is essential that candidates are robust in dealing with suppliers.
