Supplier Quality Engineer (2 roles)
Summary:
The Supplier Quality Engineer is a main technical leader accountable for working with Design Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Suppliers for the selection of qualified suppliers enhancement of supplier performance to offer a positive impact on the quality of current new products. Applicant works with Operations, Supply Chain, Design Engineering teams to push constant procedure design enhancements at the suppliers.
- Applicant has solid leadership abilities as well as the ability to continue to grow be promoted within our organization.
- The ideal materials that will match up with one role are compounds, rubber, raw materials, plastic.
- The ideal experience for the other role will be electrical/electronic components.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical is favorable)
- At least two to three years skill in Supplier Quality
- At least five years of overall skill
- Supplier skill with raw materials, compounds, plastics, rubber
- Or Electrical/Electronic Components.
Good to Have:
- Exceptional communication abilities
- ASQ Certifications
- Automotive Background (PPAPs, APQP)
