SUMMARY
The Global Supply Chain Analyst I is responsible for assisting in the management and costing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products throughout the Champion Supply Chain. Responsibilities also include working with Manufacturing and Sales Business Units to make sure that their standard product costs are correct and that changes are communicated in a timely manner. In addition, work with the Global Capacity Planning Manager to supply the analytics for justifying plant expansions and developing business cases for new global manufacturing facilities.
JOB DUTIES
- Work with Global Supply Chain Leadership to gather KPI's.
- Work with Costing Manager to deliver best-in-class product costing tools, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Review and identify inaccurate product cost data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Provide analytical support for the Global Capacity Planning Manager for use in Business Case development.
- Assist in supporting product cost analysis for Champion RFP's.
- Responsible for generating adhoc reports for internal customers.
- Support cross-functional teams to help develop new SAP processes that mirror Champion's business processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree (Science, Engineering, MIS, or Logistics), certificate, diploma gained through a college/university.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to think outside of the box.
