SBM Atlantia is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Application Support Trainer. The Supply Chain Application Support Trainer will have two distinct roles. The roles will be providing Training, and providing Application Support to the user community.

The training portion of the job entails learning the Nadia application and then becoming familiar with SBM’s Supply Chain procedures. Procedures include: procurement data entry activities; providing reports generated in company’s e-Procurement site and the Corporate Intranet System (CIS); and initiating Nadia contact data input for new vendors. Once that knowledge has been acquired, the Trainer will develop documentation and design group specific training within SBM. Groups supported include, Supply Chain, HR, Engineering, and Contracts.

The application support portion of the job entails providing applications support for resolution of possible Nadia, Primavera, E-DMS, and E-CDR interface problems. This position will be responsible for advising users and providing desktop trouble shooting support to Nadia users, participating in the testing of new software versions of Nadia, participating in the continuous development and optimization of Nadia, and preparing and maintaining Nadia project set up procedures for each department.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates should possess a high school diploma (College Degree preferred) and 2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and training. Candidates with knowledge of MS Dynamics and SQL preferred

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of supply chain procedures.
