Supply Chain Auditor
The purpose of the Supply Chain Auditor is to provide exceptional support to Amneal’s sales operations team and our customers. By monitoring and analyzing daily activities, our customer is in constant communication so that they can plan accordingly. In addition, this job will help eliminate lost sales, returns, and delays in our customer’s supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of short date, non-moving product and backorder
- Analyze inventory and allocate partial cases to eligible customers
- Auditing of daily order processing for compliance, to include quantities purchased versus committed buys
- Audit pricing errors and missing accruals
- Continuously monitor Amneal products on CMS, Texas Medicaid, and all other appropriate sites that could pose a reimbursement issue for our products
- Assist in new product launch task and compliance
- Backup Supply Chain Manager duties when necessary, including backorder report distribution and allocation of backorder releases
- Assist with order and supply issues
- Backup order processing when necessary
Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an analytical position
- Exceptional knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs
- Exceptional communication, planning, decision making skills required
- Some travel may be required, 1-5 times a year
