Job Description Randstad Technologies is currently looking for direct hire Supply Chain Business Analyst with our client in Everett, WA. POSITION PURPOSE This position is part of the BI PMO team ( B usiness I ntelligence and P roject M anagement O ffice) in the Information Technology group and is primarily responsible for working closely with the supply chain and operations groups. This position plays a key role as a consultant to the business units by understanding their requirements and providing process and technology solutions. Duties include but are not limited to performing software upgrades, developing and maintaining data integrations, implementing new processes and/or software. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has a good understanding of databases, applications and integrations, and has an ability and interest to tackle new projects as they arise. A successful candidate will be extremely organized, able to drive development and efficiencies, work with various internal departments, and have a desire to grow with the Company. Ability to think critically and analytically is a must. This position provides an opportunity to make an immediate impact and needs a person who is looking for long-term growth opportunities. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide business process and software support to supply chain and operations groups (including Distribution Center, Private Label, Accounting/Finance, Human Resources and Real Estate). Work closely with business units to perform regular software upgrades. Maintain, improve and develop new data integrations as needed (typically using T-SQL, SSIS or Excel). Project-manage and implement new processes/software solutions as required. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong database and query knowledge (including ability to quickly understand data models and integrations). Strong Excel knowledge (including Microsoft Query, Pivot Tables and VBA). Ability to write T-SQL and SQL stored procedures (MDX query language a plus). Experience with Windows Server (both 2000 and 2008) and Windows Active Directory Financial systems knowledge (G/L, A/P, financial reporting, budgeting, HR and payroll systems). Ability to work with end users to quickly understand business processes, gather requirements and develop functional specifications. Strong organization and attention to detail, self motivation, and the ability to prioritize. Goal-oriented with a track record of driving through to completion. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work a flexible workday with little to no advance notice.
