Supply Chain Co-ordinator Job in Northampton NN4 7Sg, Midlands UK
My Client based in Northampton is looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to assist them during a busy period for 3 months.
Main Purpose of Job
To effectively manage the material flow within the company to meet customers expectations.
Scope Of Job:
Materials requirement Planning/MRP2
Daily completion of MRP Lists
Provide updated information on the progress of customers orders
Resolve material issues
Chase up shortages
Prioritise Urgent Requirements
Maintain overall integrity of the SAP System
Calculation of production order completion dates
Expediting in close liaison with Purchasing
To achieve timely delivery of materials
Setting and monitoring of priorities
Follow in-house escalation procedures where appropriate
Overall Materials Control
Communicate effectively with all other functions ensuring that material control provides the best possible service to its total customer base
To operate in accordance with procedures
To assist warehouse/production in the resolution of stock errors
