Supply Chain & Demand Manager Job in Brussels
For one of their food brands you will be in charge at European level for :
1. Designing and implementing a new logistic organization by optimizing service level for customers and efficiency for factories, so as to enable the expansion towards new countries and customers :
- Set-up a central European logistic hub
- Challenge current performance : continuously review and optimise processes in a lean mindset
- Coordinate improvement actions with all support departments
- Guarantee excellence in execution for starting new activities or projects
2. Define and organize demand planning process and tools to better coordinate the forecasts coming from customers and distributors
- Ensure availability of forecast and orders from markets/customers
- Analyse demand coming from markets / direct customers. Pilot optimization with demand / sales teams / customers using all data available (historics, trends...)
- Lead SOP meetings with markets and factories
3. Assessing the supply chain performances in order to achieve optimized inventory, best in class service level and minimal logistic costs. Come-up with solutions to improve service level and profitability.
- Monitor and optimize Customer Service Level and perfect orders
- Optimize the level of inventory, logistic costs
- Minimize the level of non quality cost.
- Monitor and optimize supplier performance level (SLA)
