This will require analysis of current/potential supplier capabilities and performance, identification components for virtually every commercial airliner and military aircraft in active service today. of areas for improvement and executing a plan to develop these suppliers. Skills, Education, and Experience Education: Bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering preferred *Experience: prior supplier development experience; prefer minimum of 3 years Effective at problem identification and root cause analysis Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with potential to become an effective and polished communicator, including the ability to present information effectively in a team environment Able to rapidly develop working knowledge of customer products and customer requirements. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, including geometric tolerancing and specification documents. Requires some travel Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. * Career level: experienced, non-manager Aerospace or Automotive experience preferred.
