Neutrogena, a member of Johnson Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Supply Chain Business Lead located in Los Angeles, CA.

Neutrogena Corporation develops, manufactures and markets premium skin and hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by medical professionals. The product line includes bar and liquid cleansers, shampoo, hand cream, body l otion, facial moisturizers, sun protection and cosmetics, as well as other hair and skin care products recommended, used and prescribed by dermatologists

The Supply Chain Business Lead (SCBL) is a franchise-aligned position in the Supply Chain Management organization that plays a critical role in the delivery of the group's key metrics - customer service, forecast accuracy, and inventory.

The SCBL will perform a wide range of functions from the tactical planning of sites/products to more strategic functions such as forecasting, inventory management, sales and operations planning, long-term capacity planning, people management, and process improvement.
This position reports to Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications

4-year degree or equivalent work experience
4-7 years of experience in a consumer products environment preferred with direct experience in either planning or forecasting. Additional experience in one of the following areas is also preferred: plant operations, purchasing, distribution, transportation, or customer-related experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
Ability to work independently and to demonstrate initiative
Ability to work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist
Strong computer skills, including web applications, MS Office applications and other database applications
MBA Preferred
APICS Certification Preferred (e.g. CSCP/CPIM)
Assigned to a specific franchise or brand
May be required to travel up to 20% domestically and will be based in Los Angeles, CA
