The Supply Chain Services group has an opening for a Business Intelligence Manager on their Business Intelligence Analytics team. This is a non-supervisory position charged with developing BI solutions for the Supply Chain Department. This position is located in Pleasanton, California. Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ? Work with BI customers on service requests from initial request through detailed requirements interviews to development of a final solution using existing BI tools. ? Support Supply Chain and related business units with operational data analysis as required using SQL queries, SharePoint portals, and MS Office tools. ? Lead development of a new Supply Chain Performance Management solution using the Oracle BI platform. ? Collaborate with CPG vendors and 3rd party analytics services defining information to be shared with our partners using our Supply Chain Data Visibility solution. ? Administration of Supply Chain?s performance management solutions, e.g. SeeChain, Oracle BI. ? Collaborate with peers in Supply Chain to improve processes and technology that will strengthen our ability to work as one integrated supply chain. ? Development and evaluation of the Net Landed Cost (NLC) process. Qualifications: ? College Degree or equivalent work experience. ? Supply Chain experience including retail operations, buying, transportation, logistics, accounting, inventory management, or manufacturing. ? Proficiency in an SQL-based data platform such as Oracle BI, Crystal, DB2/QMF, or Access. ? 4+ years data analysis experience preferred. ? Familiarity with publishing to SharePoint portals. ? Intermediate or better skills in Excel. ? Strong presentation skills. ? Superior financial and analytical skills. ? Strong time management and organization skills. ?
